I recently bought a Nikon d60 and LOOOVVVEEE it! I'm new to dslr so I'm still figuring things out so I've been messing around with the settings a lot. I did something to make info about each photo...
A: Just use your 4-way button and move away from that screen. Or if you accidently pushed the "key" button, just press it again.

I’m planning to purchase the new Canon Rebel XSi. I’m somewhat mixed of which lens to purchase. The 17-85mm offers USM, full-time brochure focus, better build quality, wider and better zoom. The 18-55mm IS kit lens is lighter, have a 4-stop image stabilizer (versus the 3 stop on the 17-85), faster (f/3.5 versus f/4) and is newer. It doesn’t hold USM, full-time manual focus, narrower and lower zoom, and cheap build power. Many people and reviews utter that this lens is superior in emblem quality, surpassing the 17-85. The 17-85 suffers from vignetting and fringing and softness at lower f-stops. Price-wise, I will be paying $200-300 more for the 17-85. Canon elura 100? Hi, i am planning to buy one of these camera on ebay but not sure which one is better. I’m new to SLR camera so i a short time ago need a ‘starter’ camera. The 300 comes next to a 28-90mm Lens and the 500N comes with a 28-80mm zoom lens. Also, I’m not sure what these lenses are for. eg portrait or countryside. thanks within advance ...
Valrico Teen Launches Photography Business

From the first moment Alexis Vazquez picked up a camera at age 14, she knew she was hooked for life.
"My aunt was visiting and brought a Canon SLR with her," said Vazquez, a Valrico resident and a senior at Bloomingdale High School. "I started taking random pictures with it, and fell in love. Before I knew it, I was researching cameras, looking up photographers and learning everything I could about photography."
Her parents purchased her a pink Samsung point-and-shoot, and Vazquez spent her spare time teaching herself photography. Then her grandfather bought her a Nikon D60 camera and, at age 16, Vazquez launched her own photography business, Alexis Marie Photography.
Now 18, Vazquez has her own website and Facebook page , and is happily accepting photography jobs, earning extra money to support her habit.
"Even now, it's a constant learning process for me," said Vazquez, who has since upgraded to a Nikon D7000 camera.
During the summer of 2010, she attended a seminar at the Savannah College of Art & Design, learning how to use her camera on manual to achieve special effects.
