Dude, I’m with Olympus and that was a good choice, i was in rush to buy a camera so just took one ! No matter what those biased reviews do, this cameras are generally better build, not looking cheap, the glass is prime and the pictures the same. They are not so user friendly as canon or nikon BUT you never got at canon or nikon that kind of pro settings, or maybe just at the very top models. This camera is smaller and lighter so, is the best choice for travel.

and another thing. a dslr sensor takes a lot of power and what pictures you think u can do, with a hot one, after filming something ? HD movies in dslr’s is just another catch for the unknowing client. making movies with it, will just destroy your sensor 1000 times faster than taking pictures and consume 100 time more power. so you’re totally right, you want to make movies, better buy a camcorder that’s designed for that, instead of destroying your camera.
