Digital camera?
I have a family trip coming up this weekend and am in need of a new digital camera. But I am having a real hard time choosing from the “Canon Powershot SD800 IS” and “Sony Cybershot DSC-M2″. It would be great listening from whom experienced of the cameras (feedbacks). All suggestions are greatly appreciated and much thanks!

I wasn’t sure about taking the plunge, but I am so glad that I did! I did 6 months of extensive research for this camera, as I was scared that nothing could replace my old Sony. Almost 5 years ago, we purchased a Sony Super Steady Shot (5.1 mega pixels, was over $500 at the time) when we had our 1st baby. Sticker shock aside, I have no regrets purchasing that camera, as it has given me professional quality pictures of my family that I treasure. Fast forward 4 years, now I have 2 very active little boys and the old camera is showing its age. The shutter speed is seriously lagging and the old camera just can’t keep up with our busy boys.
